Setup guide

Step 1: Install the Suggent Product Suggestions plugin in WordPress.

Step 2: In WordPress → Suggent → Settings, paste your Widget Key.

Step 3: Select a default bot and enable the global embed (or use the shortcode).

Step 4: Add your site domain to the allowed domains list in the panel.

Troubleshooting

Widget says origin not allowed

Add your store domain to the Allowed Domains list in the panel.

No products showing

Confirm the bot returns SKU or slug fields, or JSON product arrays.

Plugin not loading

Clear cache and make sure the widget key is saved correctly.

Prompt tips

Give the bot a format

Tell the bot to return a JSON array of products with sku or slug.
